What does the term “quality construction” mean to us?

We don’t use the typical subcontracted crews that most of our competitors use.

You will have journeymen trim carpenters (our contractors… not sub-contracted fence or landscape crews) building your job 100% of the time, meaning every single cut will be perfect…no trim boards butt-ended together, no seams where they’re not supposed to be, every support post dead-centered on the pier, every square inch of the completed job perfectly level, a complete project (not unfinished, unwrapped support system for your composite or vinyl deck to cut costs), etc. The pride we take in our finished product is the reason that we get referrals from every single job that we build.

We hand-pick and inspect every single framing joist, support post, rail post, and deck board before it is installed.

We do not cut corners to cut costs with low-grade lumber because that doesn’t save in the long run. We might be a little more expensive than the cheapest-priced “contractor” up-front, but our quality will show in our finish work now and in the long-term value of the finished product… We also back up our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty that is only possible because of the quality of the products and the quality of the carpenters who are building our projects.
